Governors Place Condominium - AMENITIES

Although the major selling point of the Governor’s Place is its prime location in the middle of Metro Manila, the Empire East Inc, developers of this condominium complex, did not fail in regards to providing more than enough creature comforts for its residents.

First of all, the whole condominium complex has 24/7 security. There is a team of highly trained security professionals who are stationed at all the entrances and exits and will regularly patrol the area throughout the day. Aside from the trained guards, the Governor’s Place condominium complex also has dozens of closed-circuit TV cameras who can keep watch over all the residents and make sure that no outside intruders can do whatever they like within the premises.

Just to make sure that nothing escapes the cameras’ gaze, there is also a pair of security personnel constantly monitoring the video feeds coming from the cameras. You can expect them to report and respond when they see something out of the ordinary.

There are also several high-speed elevators servicing each of the four towers. In addition, they have utility elevators just in case you need to bring up huge bulky furniture up to your residential unit. A consistent fear that many people share is getting stuck inside an elevator during a power outage. This will not be a problem in the Governor’s Place because the backup power generator will immediately kick into action in the event of a power failure. This means that you can still reach your floor, thanks to the backup generator.

Aside from the basics, the Governor’s Place also provides a number of recreational amenities to its residents. First is the pool area. There are two swimming pools within the premises of the condominium - one is an adult-sized swimming pool and the other is a kiddie pool that only has knee-deep water. The adult pool is not competition size but you can still use it to exercise. You just need to swim more laps to get your muscles all worked up. The condominium also has its own complete gym, which means you do not have to spend an exorbitant amount on gym memberships.

The Governor’s Place also provides residents with their own secured parking slots in the compound’s underground parking area. You do not have to worry about your car getting flooded. The entire condominium complex sits on relatively high ground, so it will take a huge deluge for the water to actually get into the parking garage. However, the developers wanted to play it safe so they installed several high-powered water pumps to get rid of any water should it get inside the basement.

There are also a couple of pocket gardens all around the open spaces within the Governor’s Place vicinity. You can also find several park benches and tables so you can just hang around and even enjoy a quiet picnic with your family. There is also a meandering, lighted, jogging path in the garden. Who says you can’t jog in Metro Manila unless you do it on a treadmill? Here, you can walk, jog, or run any time of the night or day.
